Tampa Spanish Academy Mission

Tampa Spanish Academy

The city of Tampa, Fla., sits just east of the Gulf of Mexico. In 2000, during the last US Census, more than 300,000 residents called Tampa home. Of that, close to 20% named themselves of Hispanic or Latino origin.

The Hispanic and Latnio culture thrives in Tampa, especially inside the walls of the Salvador Dali Museum. The museum is home to the country’s largest, and most broad collection of paintings, scuptures, watercolors and more from the surrealist. Every Saturday, the museum opens its doors to families and hosts hands-on activities for Dali fans of all ages. The museum has its own educational department specifically designed for students to explore topics and engage the mind.

Tampa is quickly becoming a city in which bilingualism is an asset to those of all ages. What better time than now for your children to learn to speak Spanish?
